“What a wonderful service Picframes offer. The website is easy to navigate and being able to upload a photo means you know exactly what you are going to get. The frames come well packed and I have never had a problem with any of my orders. The frames and mounts are of excellent quality. The mounts are cleanly cut with no corner overcuts, and the frames are expertly cut and assembled. The plexiglass is always cut accurately, as are the other components. One word of caution - it is very easy to cut yourself on the plexiglass so handle carefully! It also attracts dust like a magnet after the protective covering is removed. I wash the sheet under warm water and use a drop of washing liquid. I then air dry it completely before assembling, somewhere preferably where my cat hasn't been lying ! Voila - no dust!”

“This is the second time I've used Picframes and once again I am delighted with the service received. Their frames are of high quality, well packaged, and made to order and delivered very quickly, with options to rearrange delivery slots to suit. “I have placed several orders with Picframes.co.uk and each time the frames have been delivered promptly. There was an incident once where the frame had been damaged in transit. I telephoned Picframes.co.uk to explain and they very kindly sent me a replacement frame that arrived the following day at no extra charge. I can highly recommend Picframes.co.uk for good quality workmanship, fast dispatch and fantastic customer service if you have a problem. I will certainly use again in the future.”

“It was very easy to order and putting in the exact measurements I needed was childs play. The frame was promised to be ready for despatch in 5 days, it was delivered to my home in that time. Mounting my wifes counted crossstitch was the work of only a few minutes. In short Delivery, manufacture and design are all superb. CNE.”
