“When the frame arrived it was broken. It is not possible to contact the company via telephone and am still waiting for a response to confirm a refund will be arranged. Will definitely not be ordering again.”

“The delivery took a little longer than expected, however, we live in Covid times, so not a surprise. The frame itself is quite nice and have a heavy, luxurious feel. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“I ordered 2 frames. One from pic frames and the other from Amazon. The one from Pic frames is by far a superior item. The mount fitted perfect and a good quality frame. The other, although cheaper and arrived quicker needed a new mount and didn’t feel as good. I will definitely use again. Service was slower, but I do understand current situation”

“Very impressed. A high quality frame made to exactly the right specifications. I was particularly impressed by the way the perspex was so carefully protected. It was somewhat delayed but the communication was good and understandable given the current circumstances.”

“I ordered a picture frame for a watercolour painting. The frame came which was ok but the special backing paper which I had ordered was not included. I sent an email but had no response. Disappointed as I have had a few picture frames made by this company and thought that I had found my go to picture framing service as I paint a lot of pictures!! Maybe they were really busy pre xmas, but no excuse really.”
