“I'm at the end of a huge refurb where many things went wrong! and many things I'd bought, arrived damaged or were sent in error. I had 7 drawings and paintings from art school I wanted to frame. I followed the instructions on the website and everything went perfectly. Every frame was spot on with measurements and I have mounted the art work successfully without one snag. I will use you again no doubt and can highly recommend you to anyone needing frames. Thanks so much Peter”

“Everything to do with the ordering process was very clear and easy to follow. Email communications were also very clear. I ordered a frame with mount and also a separate multi-aperture mount. Everything was fine apart from the backing board for the frame which was very rough and uneven around the edges. I even had to trim off some bits myself to get it back into place. It looked as if something had gone wrong with the cutting process and it had not been done cleanly. I was impressed by the care taken to package things securely - everything was so well wrapped and protected it took me quite some time to get everything unwrapped!”
