“Delighted with the quality of your products, which arrived sensitively packaged. And yes, there was a time lapse from order to delivery, as stated with the order confirmation, but the service and production quality was excellent. “Used this company to frame a pair of old paintings I wasn’t very fond of. The website was easy to navigate and to visualise final product!! Frames and mounts arrived just a few weeks after I placed my order and I love them!!”

“The frame is perfect, well made and the correct size. The easy method of measuring the picture/print size took all the guess work out of getting the frame and mount right. I will be using pic frames again.”

“I ordered a frame for a gift I was given which was a non-standard size. The website was easy to use, and the ordering process was very quick. I was updated regularly on the progress of my order, and even with covid-19 restrictions causing ongoing issues, my frame arrived much quicker than I'd expected. It was securely packaged, and exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service all round.”

“I always order my frames from PicFrames and I never had an issue. The frames are beautifully done, the wood has a good quality, and you can choose the exact size you need without problems. The delivery takes a bit long but well, not the end of the world.”
