“I spent ages trawling the shops looking for the perfect frames for the one of a kind hand painted pictures I had purchased in Cuba but I could not find the correct size. I came across this website it was very easy to use you just put in your exact size choose your frame and colour and Ta dah! perfect frames. Delivery was a lot quicker than I thought due to frames been made to my requirements, and packaging was very safe and secure. I would give the overall service received from start to finish 10/10 well done”

“Ordered Saturday lunchtime and had the frame in my hands on Wednesday (4 days later!!). First time I have ordered a frame online - the whole process was easy - just follow the guidelines on the website. I ordered a multi frame with 5 mounts to frame photos for a friend's birthday so taking a risk to order online from company I had never used before. But no need to worry as quick service and a nice professional job - so very happy. Arrived well packaged and easy to assemble. Would recommend the company and will use again.”

“I am a repeat buyer - the quality of the oak frames is very good but what really impresses me is the online ability to design your own multi-picture frames and mounts. I have used PicFrames to make frames for some certificates and some postcard displays and they are perfect. I would recommend the 2 layer mounts are they are perfectly cut and add a nice contrast. The site is easy to use and the prices are fair.”

“I have used picframes.co.uk before to purchase picture frames. The products that I have received have always fantastic quality, very well priced, and have always arrived promptly. So it was no surprise that I decided to use them again when framing my new pictures this month. In the past I had done all my orders online with picframes.co.uk, but this time, I needed to call the company about my order. I was really taken aback at how fantastic the customer service that I received was. I had gotten so used to dealing with companies that make my life a living hell when it comes to orders and customer service, that I was so surprised to find a company that really went the extra mile to make things easy. “Ordered a number of times from Picframes and have always found them to be excellent in every area. Delivery time and packaging is brilliant, all the products I've ordered are fantastic and the website is user friendly! Have recommended the company to many people and will continue to do so. Cost does seem expensive at first, but when you break it down and see what you're actually getting, I think it's very good, especially when the mounts are custom-sized.”

“I was in a pickle and needed a frame fast. I rang and spoke to Mike who was so personable and helpful. He then busted a gut for me and within 25 hours I had my picture in a double mount set in a lovely frame at a reasonable price to take to a family celebration. Sorted! Will use your services again, hopefully giving you more notice!”
