“Nice frame, my picture fits in it perfectly and the double mount I chose shows it off beautifully. The instructions on the web site showing how to measure are easy to follow. It arrived very quickly with good tracking. This is the second frame I have bought from this company and I am very happy with both of them.”

“OK for basic framing. Good value, and the workmanship on the timber was good. HOWEVER, the frame material was very rough on two edges, and the glazing hadn't been fully cut at one corner where a projecting sharp edge has to be forced into the frame leaving the glazing bowed.”

“The wrong items were sent to me. The replacements were not sent out on the agreed date and half the order was missing. The remainder was also not sent out on the agreed date. A catalogue of incompetence. I will not buy from you again.”

“The mounts were generally good, a couple of small dents on corners but they were thankfully hidden by the frame. The mounts were sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard but that was then bouncing within a much bigger box without any padding, hence the dents.”

“This company came up on a Google search and I am so glad it did. Needed a frame for an oil painting that is going to be a wedding present and their website was simply wonderful and so easy to use and I was even able to see what my painting would look like in various frames. Ordered the one I wanted and it arrived very, very promptly and I am so very pleased with it and definitely know where to go should I need any frames in the future and will happily recommend to anyone.”
