“This is the second frame I’ve had from this company and both times I have been very impressed by the quality and value. There was a Covid related delay and they emailed me to explain and kept me in the loop. The frame still arrived promptly and very well packaged. Don’t panic when you open it (like I did) and think you’ve mistakenly received a blue mount! It a blue film put on to protect the glass. First frame was for pair of hooded crows, latest one was for the Peregrine. The website makes ordering the correct size for the frame and mount very easy”

“Owing to the Coronavirus, our club's exhibition this year will be virtual This meant that I only needed to order mounts. However these as usual were delivered in good time, in spite of the present difficulties, and were excellent and well packed. PicFrames have never let me down and I have been ordering frames from them for many years.”

“the frame is just what I wanted and complements the picture beautifully. The packaging was really impresssive and ensured that no part of the frame could be damaged. The postage cost was well worth it. Thanks for the obvious care taken in all parts of the frame making.”

“Good service, nice products. A bit slow owing to Covid but it was a big order and they kept in touch by email. Products arrived in secure packaging. Nice frames - everything as described on the site and as I expected. The measuring system on the site guides you well through the process of sizing and choosing frames/mounts and takes the guesswork out of it. Very happy, will order again.”

“The item took a little while to produce but this was due to Covid-19 and they were very good at communicating the delays. They even offered to let me cancel but I was in no rush for it so this wasn’t an issue for me. The frame arrive well packaged and seems really good quality. The website was easy to use from a mobile device and made selecting the mount size and frame colours very easy. I will be ordering from you again. Thanks”
