“My shoes turned up broken and unable to be worn. Pink boutique couldn’t replace them as no size 6 left. I then said I’d go to a show mender and I was only offered 20% refund which didn’t even cover the cost of mending them.”

“Paid next day delivery it came 6 days later. Delivery driver came to my door and mum was waiting for my parcel but he took it to the Pat office for me to collect as it was not me at the door. The woman at customer services was disgraceful with zero customer service care.”

Hi Zoe, Thank you for your review. I have taken a look into this for you. I can see you ordered on 31st May at 4.40pm, sadly, our cut off for next day delivery is 4pm. This meant your order left on Wednesday 1st June for delivery on the next working day, which was Monday 6th June. Please note, Bank Holidays are not working days. We tried our best to make our customers aware of the Jubilee Bank Holiday on 2nd & 3rd June. Delivery was attempted on 6th June but sadly, no one was home, meaning the driver had no other option but to deliver this to your local DPD pick up shop. I will feedback that the customer service wasn't up to standard. We apologise for any upset or confusion caused. Should you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us. “First time buying from pink boutique.The shoes l bought were nice however the size was small fit however I was more disappointed about the return policy they will charge 2.50 which is deducted from your refund. If u buy something and can’t fit their return process sucks I will stick to my PLT boohoo asos with easy returns in case you don’t fit something.”

“I am returning my dress! I ordered a white dress when it arrived I opened the package and the dress smelt disgusting. The dress wasn't white it was a tea stained off white colour. And such poor quality! first and last time I order from here”

“Paid for next day and it didn’t come up saying it would be Monday following week - I ordered on Tuesday after 4pm but expected it Wednesday or latest Saturday especially as paid for next day it arrived on the Monday so 6 days. Orders stuff from other online sites on the Tuesday at 9pm arrived Wednesday and something else on Friday arrived Saturday”
