“Not very happy with a size 12 being a LARGE! I am not a large in any way”

Hi Pamela, Thank you for taking the time to review us here at Pink Boutique. To confirm, we size products using 8, 10, 12. On occasions, our supplier may have labels inside showing S, M, L. “The quality of what I ordered was not worth the price paid. I was also a bit disheartened to see that garments are not pink boutique labelled anymore, just generic stock that can be bought from any wholesaler. In addition to having to pay for postage I also have to pay for returns. Will not order again.”

Please note, all unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 28 days. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. “Beautiful clothes happy with my purchase however some sizes are not true to size ordered a large in a beautiful dress but was too tight but other large fit lovely fast delivery will be ordering again though 😀”
