“Quite big in the sizing could of sized down even though big busted x very comfortable and looked great with jeans”

“I was really disappointed in the quality of the jacket I bought. It was very flimsy and when I opened the packet there was a very strong odour of cigarettes. I won’t be buying from Pink Boutique again.”

Hi Erica, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear this, when an item is returned they are thoroughly checked before being placed back into stock. However, I will raise this with our returns officer to ensure this is investigated. Please return this item to us for a full refund. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. I'm so sorry for any upset caused. Team PB xx
