“After paying for next day delivery, my item didn’t arrive in time. I was also refunded less than what I paid for my items. How can this be possible?”

Hi Nichola, Thank you for your review. I can see your order missed out on our next day delivery as it was placed after 4pm, your order left the following day and was delivered as scheduled. To confirm, when you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise you to return using a tracked method. We state all returns information on the invoice included inside your parcel. I hope this helps. “I don’t like using the shop as it doesn’t give enough options for delivery . I need to click on “other “ as it’s left over my gate could you please tell them to add other like post office app does”
