Hi Rebecca, we're happy to investigate. I can see we have shipped each of your 3 orders. We post on our website the current timing of shipping as well as the fact that we send monthly subscriptions via USPS first class mail and that it can take 1-2 weeks or longer during peak holiday season to deliver. Since USPS doesn't guarantee mail delivery timing, unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery timing.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the feedback. We understand the frustration with the transit time. To clarify, we mail our monthly subscriptions using USPS first class mail ("snail mail") to your regular mailbox. This helps us keep shipping costs down but it also means that we are subject to the delays of USPS mail, which have increased in frequency and duration throughout the pandemic. 1-2 weeks is considered normal right now and, sometimes we see these take a little longer. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit times.
“I have really been enjoying making these recipes and using their spices. The recipes are usually pretty simple and taste wonderful. The only downside is the spice mixes are not always available on their website for sale, so we have some favorite recipes that we have not been able to make again. I wish all of the spice mixes were always available to buy individually.”

We're a small team and do our best to add our newest spice blends to our online catalog in a timely manner. But we have been short staffed this summer. Please do email us at customers@piquantpost.com with your favorite blends that are unavailable (and frankly any requests/feedback anytime) and we'll prioritize getting those blends online and available for purchase.
