“I have just finished advanced excel at Glasgow training centre, the girls working their were great, helped me when needed, great place to do training. Just got my results and got a distinction all thanks to staff at Glasgow branch”

“Avoid!! They are good at taking your money but there is no support afterwards. The exams are not taken in a quiet room. Poor setup, dirty computers, and no help when you are stuck. You have to chase them to upload the exam for marking and they don’t even send the certificates when you pass. Also the centre closes early when it states clearly that they are open till 8pm. I would never recommend Pittman’s. they also said that you can extend for free if you have not completed the course but they had the nerve to charge when I extended. I couldn’t complete the course due to personal circumstances but they did not chase me once, it’s appalling. I paid a lot of money for this course and i would never use this company again. You are better of studying with another company or going to college in the evening.”

“The Customer service is brilliant and very quick, they answer any your question. I like Pitman Training in Newcastle because the exams room is fantastic, is very small and quite everything that you need for keep your concentration.”

“I attended a Pitman Centre for a Synoptic AAT Exam. Their setup is poor with very small screens - not ideal for spreadsheets - and a lot of candidates crammed into a small room. Biggest problem, however, was with their lack of competence to conduct the exam. I had a problem uploading answers but the invigilator had left the room(!!). She then advised me incorrectly meaning that my exam didn't get uploaded. Pitman's then failed to follow AAT procedures to send the exam up to AAT, lied about what had happened and tried to cover their back by accusing me of abuse! Their head office are only interested in helping cover up what happened. Pitman Training come across as unprofessional, dishonest and uncaring so long as they get your money. This situation could have been easily resolved according to AAT but Pitman's incompetence in failing to follow simple procedures prevented this. If you are considering training of this sort look elsewhere - there are plenty of more able suppliers.”

“I am currently studying at the Maidstone branch and enjoying my AAT course. The staff are really helpful and encouraging. The course was explained to me to make sure this was the right course for me to study to further my career. I highly recommend this training provider.”

“Cannot praise everyone at Pitmans Canterbury highly enough From my first phone call they were brilliant . Then they carried on this outstanding help everytime I went to the office. I was nervous before I started but they all put me at my ease and made me feel se welcome from the first contact. If you are thinking of training there are the people for you”

“I have nearly completed my Medical Secretary diploma course, which I am undertaking at Pitman Training centre, Cambridge. The flexibility of studying both remotely and at the centre has been of huge benefit and I've really enjoyed the course. The team at Cambridge have been so supportive and encouraging and always happy to help. I have gained more skills and an even greater confidence with my keyboard and typing abilities. Thank you!”
