“We received our order quickly and in good confusion. However! The beds are a completely different color from the pictures online. The description of “Scandinavian Oak” is very misleading as well. We received two very yellow/orange pine colored beds. Very frustrating.”
“Headboard has 2 big cracks in the wood. Bed is sturdy once put together but quality is not great. Took 3 hours to put together. Definitely need a power drill. Tons of screws and 12 with no holes started.”
“The item is okay and arrived undamaged. My biggest issue is the customer service. No notice of shipping was sent until after the item had arrived, no one was ever at the phones during business hours, and multiple attempts to call and email went unanswered by anyone at the company. I finally heard back from an email more than a week later with a one sentence hurried response that didn't even answer my question. Perhaps this is just because of the pandemic. Or perhaps this is normal. I won't ever know as I likely won't order from them again in the future.”
“I placed an order online for a bed frame and have only received and email confirmation. The order was placed on July 8th and I still have not recceived any the bed on September 2. I have called and left 2 voice messages and emailed once and never have received a response. I finally got thru to an employee who said the item was on back order, but was unable to confirm a delivery date. I'm still hoping to have the item delivered soon.”
