I am NOT pleased with this vendor. I placed an order and needed to cancel it. They conveniently had it picked up by FedEx w/in hours. In most cases you like this super fast shipping. BUT in my case, $753 was wasted because it would cost MORE to return the product with their fees and ridiculous return window. I don't understand why they could not have cancelled the pick up with FedEx (it was literally w/in an hour) to have the item returned to their facility. I would have been OK with the restocking fee in that case. Now I'm stuck with a bed I did not mean to order and that I cannot use. I will never shop here again.

Poor customer service and knowledge of stock! I received a message stating that my original choice of bunk bed was out-of-stock, but was given two others as alternate options. The website indicated that one of those was out-of-stock as well. Therefore, I called the company to make sure my next choice was in-stock. I was told that my next choice was indeed in-stock with a quantity of ten remaining. I immediately placed an order for two bunk beds online at the Planet Bunk Bed website. A week later, I was informed that none of those bunk beds were in-stock and that my card would be credited. Obviously, the staff at Planet Bunk Beds is unformed. At least they finally updated their website.

Ordered over a week ago and have not received any shipping info or the bed. Called multiple times and can only leave a message. Starting to really wonder if this is a scam. UPDATE: ALMOST A MONTH LATER AND STILL NO BED AND NOT ABLE TO TRACK. I would never go through this company again. Really hope I get the bed I paid for. The whole thing has been shady.

You charged me but I still have not received anything. I ask for status and got nothing so far. Will be cancelling soon if you don’t ship my items. 2 weeks so far. Order got fixed finally. Oh and the new bed squeaks wish I never bought this crap.

Very not clear from the website that an additional part was needed to use the bed log extender. No description that it was not fully complete. The additional needed part is not in stock for at least a month. So, basically I’m out $250 and have a useless few pieces of wood when I needed a loft bed. I really try to support non-Amazon business but this blows.

I ordered an item from this company more than 3 weeks ago, with a promise to ship 2-4 days. I haven't heard a thing this far, and when I called the number on their website it was disconnected. I tried several times over the past week or so and finally someone picked up. The person said they would check on my order and call me back with an update today. That was yesterday... I am beginning to think that this company has gone out of business but has kept my money anyway like some of the other reviews have speculated... I hope to not have to take this up with Chase visa as that is a huge hassel. Either way I will be reporting this company to the BBS if they don't provide me with some sort of explanation on my order...

Never received any follow up regarding shipping after purchase. Two weeks now gone by. Nobody replies to email and phone number disconnected. Hopefully PayPal buyer protections works for this company with not contacts. Looks like they went out of business and kept the customers money.

Absolutely rude customer service. Been longer than 2-8 business days so I called. She said she'd email me an update. Haven't heard a thing back. You guys can do better. This isnt the first time I've read this from your reviews. I love your selections but everything else needs serious HELP!!

I received terrible customer service in connection with a mistake that the company made and would never order from here again.  The canopy twin bed arrived in four packages.  Unfortunately, the box with the canopy included a wrong part so I needed to contact them to get the correct part sent.  That process was a major hassle, requiring multiple phone calls/emails to get it sorted out.  I reported the piece missing on a Wednesday night (8/12) by email and voicemail, followed up with a call on Thursday after no reply, and was asked for pictures to prove the mistake, which I sent immediately.  Despite being told the correct piece would ship out within a day, I spent a week calling every single day, where I was repeatedly told it would ship out that day.  According to the FedEx tracking, the piece did not actually leave their warehouse until 8/25. It was also sent by regular ground mail rather than an expedited method to mitigate the inconvenience.  It ultimately arrived on Thursday, 8/27, over two weeks after I received the package and reported the mistake.  And this is where it gets absurd. The piece was AGAIN incorrect. I called twice and emailed and, at this point, they simply stopped returning my calls. I ultimately had to take matters in my own hand, go buy a new size drill bit and drill holes into the piece I did receive to make it work. The quality of the bed is of IKEA-like quality, and the overall look is marred by the fact that there is a prominent set of safety instructions printed in bright white lettering on the footboard (not a sticker either, but what seems like a transfer onto the wood). I very much regretted not ordering a similar bed from Wayfair.

Still waiting for the bed frames. Called before I ordered to make sure they were available, was assured they were - and now it's on back order. My hope is that we still see them, but I'm truthfully not sure. UPDATE: it's been much farther out than the 4-5 week delay that was suggested, and nobody from Planet Bunk Bed has reached out to me or responded to my request.

I order an item that was listed as available on the site. I was contacted via email that it was not and was offered a different item in its place. When I responded I received no response. I’ve reached back out multiple times and still her nothing back. At this point I don’t know if I will revive any item. Let alone and item I actually want. It’s seems I’ve paid for something and won’t receive anything in return. Still trying to get through to get any item I want or a refund.

I placed my order 11 days ago. I received email same day that bed was in stock and would be shipped and I would receive tracking number for shipment. I have not been given tracking number and I have send 3 emails over past week and half and no response last email, and still no tracking number. Can someone please follow up with me ? I was suppose to receive my bed last Thursday.

Ordered a Camaflexi rustic grey 5 drawer chest on May 18 - stock on hand showed 9 but was later informed by James that the chest is out of stock until 7/9 and do we want to wait? I sent an email asking if PBB was ABSOLUTELY sure that the chest would again be in stock because we purchased the dresser elsewhere predicated on wanting a matching set. There has been no return response as of 6/28. Sorry, can't assign a star rating yet. So far, would give it a 1 or 2.

I ordered a bed and dresser on 6/6. The money was immediately taken from my bank account. I received an email on 6/10 p.m. that the bed we wanted was out of stock. I answered the email on 6/11 a.m. and I’ve not had any response and my voicemail sent yesterday morning has gone unanswered! Horrible customer service!

I ordered a bed from this company seven days ago, the order still states it's in processing. I have called repeatedly and left voicemails only to never have a call returned to me. They have already debited my account for this bed and I'm inclined to call the Better Business Bureau since I cannot get a returned call. It's called common courtesy when you're a business selling something to the public. Merchandise has not been received so I cannot comment on the merchandise itself.

Terrible, I told them to keep it after they insisted that I only use the ladder for a bed and only for their bed. I don't feel it's their business what I do with it once I have purchased it.

Michelle, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our customer service. When customers order Camaflexi components we always confirm that they have a Camaflexi bed as components are not compatible with any other lines of bed. We just want to prevent any frustration once an item is received.
