“It's a nice bookcase, and I really like how it brightens up the corner. One of the edges on the bottom needed some serious sanding. I would also suggest printing light markers for where to nail the little nails that hold the back on since it is so easy to miss and go through the bookcase. Just a thought. This bookcase is replacing one made with particle board and veneer that we bought 11 years ago. I think this bookcase will hold up better.”
“UPDATE
I finally received my order. The bed went together with relative ease and we are quite pleased with it. The only issue I have is that I never received any shipping info/notifications so, when the bed showed up it was a complete surprise.
I put my order in almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping information or follow up. I called customer service and they said it was still in the warehouse. If they have the order and the furniture, they need to get it shipped already.”
“Great product. Fast shipping (once it was in stock). The customer service needs improvement. Instead of no communication when an order is back ordered, purchasers should be contacted immediately. I had to contact customer service when I never received the order in the timeframe promised.”
“My kids really love their bunk beds. I consider this a great purchase with longevity of usage. The beds are really sturdy and the material is of high quality. My only negative would be that due to the movement of usage some of the screws and even the dowels have loosened and disappeared?? Possibly being vacuumed by one of the children I'm speculating?? Anyway I have requested additional hardware and hopefully that will be easily accessible, so my children can get back to enjoying their bed.”
“We ordered a Mid Century Modern Dresser 6 Drawers. The delivery was on time, and it had all the parts. The packing was very hard to open, which means the contents were suitably safe in shipping. The item itself had incorrect instruction for step one, as the pieces identified as part 15 and 16 should have been identified as part 17 and 18. Also, it would have been nice to have predrilled hole indicators on the drawers for the slides.”
“Received most of the boxes really fast, but took a week to receive the remaining two boxes. Once it was all unboxed, we realized we are missing several if not most of the hardware to assemble the bed. I have contacted both the manufacturer and Planet Bunk Bed, but haven't heard back yet since it's the weekend.”
“We ordered select Camflexi Baja bedroom pieces (we're downsizing) in the rustic Grey finish. The nightstands and dresser were purchased elsewhere and the chest of drawers from PBB. The furniture is of wonderful, sturdy construction; after shipping delays from Brazil, the chest arrived. There was a lot of interaction from customer service, all positive. We have topped the dresser and chest with tempered glass to lend a bit of elegance. Construction went well, was fairly easy and we advise having an electric screwdriver handy. We applied caulk to the outside bottom of the drawer panels where they meet their channels to give the drawers a more solid sound. Did the same with the back panels of all the pieces. I would definitely purchase this furniture again and expect it to last for a good, long time!”
“Well-packed unlike many other flat-pack furniture items I’ve purchased from Wayfair etc in the past. Well-labeled boxes made initial unpacking and inventory easy to complete. They thoughtfully included one or two extraS of each item (screws, bolts etc). Sturdiest bunk beds I’ve ever experienced (real wood, no MDF particleboard). Only three areas for potential improvement are more about the process than the product: 1) shipping all four boxes at the same time rather than trickling in over a few days (frustrating not to be able to start building immediately) and 2) evenly drilled holes in the ladder sides and slats. Had to use a drill to widen the holes before screwing in. 3) break down steps in more sequential order (ex step 7 actually had Three objectives and would be helpful to know which one to do first).”
“Love the bed! Love the wood! Some of the holes didn’t line up so had to make some adjustments. Can’t give a 5 because of that. But overall I would recommend otherwise. Shipping was fast! Packing was great!”
“We got the Santa Fe Mission Tall Bunk Bed Twin over Full set and I was very impressed with the product! Great quality, sturdy and pretty easy to put together. My only critique is that one of the ladder steps split when we were putting it together and I have a feeling that it will break completely when my kids are bigger. Otherwise, we love it, my kids love it!”
“It looks great now that it's put together, but unfortunately, the ladder and the slide do not fit together on the same side of the guard rail according to the instructions. We ended up having to move the ladder over so that one side of it was on the other side of the guard rail.”
