“Love the lights but I think you could improve the stand so that it has a wheel of sorts on the side that you could just turn to raise the unit up or down. With 2 lights attached to the stand, it is very heavy and awkward to change heights.”

“I’d say so far so good! Been using it for about 11 days now. I have read it takes about 8-12 weeks to really start seeing the bigger effects of the red light therapy. I started out at 10 minutes a day for the first 2 days, then went to 15 for one day, and then up it to 20 minutes every day after. I actually did 20 yesterday for front, and 20 more for back later in the day. I’ve been having terrible lower back pain the last two days. Woke up this morning with back feeling much better. I do believe my belly fat is less and my skin on my face feels very soft, and pores on the chin appear to be smaller. A couple of my goals is to see face tightening and to help with carpal tunnel in my thumbs, among a few other goals. I know it’s helping internally and those results will eventually come. As in everything in life you need to believe in what you are doing…. As the power of the mind is bigger than we can imagine! So to finish up I’d say I’m very satisfied so far. While using the lights I feel warmth which is very relaxing, and in my lower back where it hurts I have tingling that is going on. so I know something is happening there. I will be excited to do another review in a few weeks!”

“I have been using two Biomax 900 models with the horizontal rack stand for the past 2 months. I also purchased a massage table so that I would not have to keep moving the lights in and out when using on a bed. I use the lights to recover from weight training and cycling and find them great at minimizing muscle soreness and joint recovery. Please note that these panels are powerful and can increase your pain in joints and muscles if you overdose. You will have to experiment to find the proper time. I personally use 20 minutes, (10 minutes front/10 minutes back) at 20 inches from panels every other day with great results.”

“The lights were easy to setup I am gradually going at it once every other day starting at ten minutes. I have it only one week and had only three sessions it’s a gradually increase of well being. Looking to get the bio450. The only negative is in the delivery fed ex is not the sharpest tool in the box.”
