“Customer service is not up to par. Because of the verbiage on the website, I thought I needed a horizontal and vertical stand. Now, I have a vertical stand that I don't need, because the horizontal stand can be use vertically as well. No answer from customer service about a return, even though the box is unopened. Waiting to use the panels until I know whether or not I can return the stand.”

“2 stars is based on customer service and resolution. The product itself seems to do the job, but the customer service quality represents the compnay. I purchased a BIOMAX 450 unit based on Alex Fergus review. Unfortunately, I was naive and also ordered the remote control and the desk mount arm. The remote control is a waste of money, you can get the same thing from their app. I'm not even sure why this reputable company is putting its good name at risk of getting bad reviews. *DO NOT PURCHASE* the remote. Customer service is ok at responding and getting 1 star for resolution. I've gone back and forth so many times, I will just give up on the control and the money spent on it. I'm on the market for another panel but hesitant to get it from the same company. Others have complained about customer service from PLATINUMLED, well, I should have heeded the warning!”

Hello! We have tens of thousands of very happy users worldwide that use our Professional Touchscreen Remote on a daily basis and love it. While the smartphone app works wonderfully, there are many applications where users do not want to have to use a phone to control the lights and prefer a standalone remote control. The truth is that we do anything we can for our customers within our polices!
