A product is only as good as the service behind it. The customer service is horrific!!! I ordered a full body panel with a stand paying international shipping fees. The wrong stand was shipped. They refused to send out the correct stand and issued a refund which is NOT what I wanted. The rude unprofessional emails makes me wonder how they stay in business.

Hello! This "review" is absolutely *not true* and a complete falsehood. The customer ordered a different stand (all the way to Saudi Arabia) than they originally wanted and then demanded that we send an entirely different, more expensive stand after she received the first stand. We replied that this would be impossible since the other stand was already shipped and to a destination half way around the world.. again.. to Saudi Arabia. The customer did not want to order a new stand, she wanted us to give her a free stand and pay to ship it. When we denied her request, she became enraged and threated "revenge feedback". We even granted a *full refund* as a courtesy! While we do our best to support our family of hundred of thousands of customers around the world, there unfortunately will always be a few of these types of cases which is very unfortunate.

I have ordered several of the Bioamax 900 devices. They have quite a strong smell if they are all together in the room. Further, certain packages got delivered to the wrong address and UPS sent an additional invoice amounting to more than USD 300 because supposedly Platinum LED calculated the weight wrongly.

Hello! When the lights are first ran, there will be a burn-in period for the electronics for the first 5 hours or so of run time whereby there may be a slight odor which will quickly dissipate once ran. Regarding the rest of the customer statement, the customer was not available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery and thus the packages were held by UPS for his pickup due to security. This was a large shipment to Switzerland and therefore there was an additional invoice levied by the local jurisdiction but this had nothing to do with an error on our part whatsoever.

Hello! This seems to be a user misunderstanding of not being able to see the NIR LEDs which will always appear dim or unlit due to the NIR spectrum being outside of the range of human visibility. We working with the customer now to assist and revise review as this is the first contact indicating an issue.

The most heartbreaking experience of my life. Spending half my savings on what I thought could help me with pain management, I purchased close to $3,000 to be completely unsatisfied, but when I tried to WITHIN the 60 days of the guarantee, I was told that the items needed to be RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 60 DAYS. I cannot believe that you all are getting away with being dishonest this way. I still cry over the money that I lost over this and I am no longer able to use these machines because I have a medical condition that does not allow me to be able to use them. As far as the question asking below how was the return process, completely false. I would have had to pay $400 to have these items returned which at that point I no longer had because I had spent all of my money hoping for help with pain that I so eagerly want to be relieved of. Honestly this has only made my condition worse because of the stress I've been under. I did everything that I was supposed to do for the return to be rejected and lied to.

Hello! Our return policy is clearly posted on the website and yes, any returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 60 days of delivery. We work tirelessly to assist our family of customers and are always more than happy to help in any way that we can within our stated policies which we must adhere to for the fairness of all customers.

Terrible experience. Ordered 4 panels and they came scratched up and dented. Customer service wasn’t willing to do anything because I already had a promotional discount which is quite pathetic. They don’t care.

Hello! This is absolutely not true. Customer received a panel with some removable cosmetic black marks from the testing process which were able to be removed and one panel that had a slight dent from customs inspection to Canada. Our customer service team bent over backwards for days to try and assist but customer demanded an outrageous 50% discount. We offered to pick the entire shipment up for free and replace or a much lesser amount. Customer became outraged that we would not give the unreasonable discount and left revenge feedback.

Hello! While we work tirelessly to support our global family of customers every day, customer service unfortunately has no control over a backorder situation and this is what this customer was upset about. Stock level and all shipping information is always posted at the SHIPPING INFORMATION link at the top of the website and we always advise to please check this posted information. The truth is that we do whatever we can for our customers!

I would offer a review of this product if the company would respond to my emails. This item does not even fit the therapy light that it was intended for.
