“Delivery information poor. Updates of delivery stopped after Germany due to nescessary info was not passed over to the Swedish carrier PostNord. This meant that no info came to me that packages had come to the agent were I was supposed to pick up. Lack of info made the agent confused as no info made it easy to give me the parcels. Not tried the product enough to give a review, however the table stand makes it so much easier to use the product.”

“Hardwear and mounting options are nice. I am disappointed that there was not a protocol sheet or best practices included. Would be nice to have something to reference that describes differences in modes.”

“I have only just received my Platinum LIght ultra panel x 2 and the appropriate stand to hold both of theese panels. As of yet I have been familiarising mnyself with the workings etc and have only had a couple of short sessions. So far very relaxing it must be said but I will comment further down the line for sure when I can give an honest review. I plan on using these in a commercial setting therefore I will also be monitoring my clients progress. However, I have read plenty on the subject of red light therapy and looked at the research and I am very optimistic about the benefits that will be axchieved. I would welcome the opportunity to share tthe views of my clients and myself in a couple of months time. For now just get busy relaxing and enjoy the journey.”

“They’re doing what they’re supposed to be doing as far as helping heal injuries. Only issue is we have the 600 and 300 stacked and both touch pads have to be accessed to turn both on. Both should work using one touch pad only like their previous models. Hopefully they can find a way to make this work again.”

“I have not used my light long enough to say that I have noticed a big change in areas of concern. I do wish that you provided a protocol list for certain areas of the body. The more I read about red light therapy, the more I realize that certain areas of the body require different times and distances for the proper treatment. By providing a protocol, I will better be able to use my light to its fullest potential and get the most benefit.”

“I purchased the BioMax 900 along with the Horizontal Stand. I’m pleased with the purchase so far and use it every other day. I think the Horizontal Stand is a big reason for me to stick with a regular use plan. I probably would grow tired of standing in front of the unit. The stand allows me to lie down on my bed while using the BioMax and it is very relaxing. I can position the stand to cover my upper and lower body while laying on my back and then laying on my stomach. The height adjustment enables me to position the lights approximately 8”-10” from my body. I set the timer for 10 minutes for each of the four areas (upper & lower body both front & back) and it takes 40 minutes total. I'm still new at using the BioMax and withheld giving it 5 stars until I have more time to provide a more thorough evaluation on how it makes me feel.”

“Overall I am very pleased. When I emailed for help regarding use of the remote, I got a prompt response. One area where you have an opportunity to improve is in training and technical support for new owners. I have read several of your "Learn" documents online which are informative but ultimately geared toward sales. While I recognize customers can have a wide variety of equipment configurations, addressing the common issues/questions that arise would be beneficial to your customers as well as your corporate reputation.”

“I use the lights at least three times a week. It is good for my skin and joints. If I injure myself working out, it fixes me up quickly. It is very hot. I did also find that it increases my red blood cell count. I presume it is from the infrared. Not a bad idea to give blood once in a while for that. I love the lights and would buy them again.”

“I committed to using the LED Platinum for 60 days straight. I must say it took almost 5 weeks for me to notice a difference in muscle recovery and soreness. Now I use it 5 days a week and if I am sore it immediately dissipates. I think I am also sleeping better. I have not noticed any difference in my skin.”

“Satisfied so far...TIME will tell.. PlatinumLed 450/900 combo DEFINITELY has the highest Irridance. I have a Redjuvinator3, Mito Red MitoPro 300, Joovv Max and a Red Light Man 670 nm handheld. Looking forward to years of service from my PlantnumLed's.”
