“Not happy Iphone13 pro max, have to take everything off including camera covers to achieve proper fit. Only allows for streaming on game pass. Pretty lame, potential but currently lame”

“Reason my review is so low is because it didn’t come with the attachment for the pro13 max to make it fit correctly I still haven’t received it and after a month and a half of use my aim button is starting to go out “L2” and now I can’t even use the controller im very disappointed in this outcome. I would like a new controller.”

“Cool toy but you have to subscribe to so many subscriptions and also a yearly subscription to just use it at all. There is no apparent way to cancel your yearly subscription either. Not cool.”

“Fits my iPhone 13 pro max very poorly, even with an adapter. The phone is lopsided (the left side sticks out, closer to your face). The Backbone also does NOT play well with phone cases, which is quite annoying. I really dislike having to take my phone out of its case (the standard leather one from Apple) every time I want to play. I intend to return this product.”

“I bought this for my 12-year-old. He can't use it because he's under 13. Completely ridiculous. I accept and decline all games anyway. It should be my choice. If you want to use the xbox mobile you have to ALSO download the game to an xbox (which we don't have) or take up massive amount of space on your PC, not thank you. I should've known better when the information for the product is super vague but I trusted it because it was Microsoft. Complete waste of money. The theory is there but the execution not so much.”

“I like the idea and service that it provides. I am aware its a new so it will have its issues. As a costumer I would like to point out some issues I have come across: it drains battery very quickly, some games lag a lot, it has occurred a couple times where the controls won’t work on a game. I have noticed improvement in a couple of the games however.”

“I ordered this product on the 13th of Dec and tried to ckon the delay several times with no response until close to Christmas than got a tracking number label ready but P.O did not receive the product from you I traced it every day finally I got a message but was not helpful. It finally arrived on 12/30. I was about to cancel the order. The product is a controlller for an I phone for my grandson. He said it is working fine.”

“I was excited to get it soon as it arrived but didn’t realized that it already arrived on Christmas Eve while we re not at home and I saw someone stranger walked to our front porch and took our package thur camera ring. i did emailed them and explained about it and they still haven’t replied back? And all they said trying looking around front porch, ask neighborhood or whatever which I already did. I was so disappointed that they didn’t send me the replacement one. lost my money for nothing!”

“We did not like it, find it very cumbersome to use, the games we wanted cannot be downloaded, and overall just got it impractical. I bought it as a father to play with my son, but I did not connect to the games he plays.”

“Bought this specifically to play Halo Infinite at work. I’ve been trying all different settings and trying to get used to the controller but it just does not feel right. I’m terrible at the game with this controller. I’m better off using the Xbox controller and propping up my phone somewhere.”

“It came with scratches on it but is still functional. In the trailer for it, it shows the backbone being able to snap open (meaning being able to stay open while you put your phone in) but it doesn't have that feature. The trailer also shows high-quality gameplay using Xbox cloud but the Xbox cloud has awful frames and hardly runs. Big waste of money but I will still use it from time to time.”

“The interface is good. The controller is good. The fit on my iPhone 13 pro max is terrible even with the adapter. I hope to see a new version on the back bone that fits my phone. Adjustable claps for different case sizes would also be great because some cases are a hassle to take off.”
