This site scams the seller, I tried to sell an account at the end of 2022 and im coming back to this now because its been long enough and i figured something would have changed but no. I now assume the person 'buying' my account was someone within PlayerUp and i will not ever see those funds, The payment was and still is stuck on 'Pending: Payment ETA 24-144 Hours' so that's nice. I see they tend to ask for order numbers to verify stuff so here: 7707497876

I started on this site almost 2 months ago, during that period I made a sale of a gaming account, the buyer was satisfied so the operation was completed, however, the payment in the form of credits was not made until almost 3 weeks later , and this because I was insisting to them for a long time with multiple tickets and for their support on Telegram. Later I tried to withdraw these same credits to my associated PayPal account, they discounted the credits almost immediately and charged a commission, and the ticket was pending payment to PayPal, 1 month has passed and the payment has still not been received in the Account, although I have opened some support tickets, but all of them always remain unanswered, due to this experience I would recommend being very careful with this page if you are a seller.

If you want to receive a refund on this site, don't bother. You will have better chances of winning the lottery than getting a refund. They do not respond to your ticket at all... There are better P2P platforms out there. EDIT 1: Hi, so I am revising this review. Of course they reply to tickets really fast when you post a review like this. They sent me an email saying this "Thank you for your review, would you mind revising it or changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with." asking me to revise it (so here I am revising it, but not in a way they woud like haha). In the ticket they said they do not require IDs, and they also said, and I quote - "Happy to help speed up your cancellation but why did you post on playerup.com, didn't contact our chat/open another ticket? Can you let us know once that is closed on playerup.com so I can get this cancellation expedited for you now?", I guess they can't explicitly say reviews.io so instead they are saying playerup.com, but they want me to change or remove this review in order for them to "expedit my cancellation". I will eat up the loss since it's only 2 dollars, but people please be aware not to use this platform, read the other reviews where people had much worse experiences for far greater amounts. As I said there are other great P2P platforms out there. Schreenshots attached.

I sold an account through PlayerUp Middleman. The buyer chargedback, and since he used a stolen PayPal, the payment got voided. However, PlayerUp took the loss, and will still deliver the payment. Excellent site, with buyer and seller protection. Highly recommend them for all future transactions. 10/10.

In the dark It is About to be two days since I placed my order and I’ve heard nothing back from the middleman.Keeps asking me to verify,but when I do it says already processed so I’m at the point in which I don’t even know if it is or isn’t processed.I placed a ticket to try and get some sort of reply and again in the dark,they did take my money though so that’s that I would just like to know if I’m actually getting processed or I’m just waiting for no reason Edit:so they contacted me and were fast and cordial with their service guess it takes them 24-48 hours to get the transaction going for anyone that’s wondering

Transaction ID: 922159780 in my experience on playerup the site is very good I recommend the service middleman the first transaction was a long one because it was the first transaction for me and for the seller I paid $ 300 for an account after I sent an urgent ticket to the middleman after a few hours the transaction was successfully approved this is the best place to buy game account the service middleman protects the seller from being scammed and securing the seller money thank you for the playerup team

Great platform for both buying and seller. Some of the pros: - Flexibility / No Restrictions - Can sell directly or through middleman - Fantastic support when they directly communicate with you - Safeguards both buyers and sellers through middleman - Some of the moderators are really good at what they do - They keep improving and upgrading their site - Buyer protection really works - Never had any issues ever receiving money here - Easy to find new buyers / good tools Some of the cons: - Need more automation - Improve speed Overall fantastic site. Just be patient. This is based on experience using them as both a buyer and seller.

Helped out with a payment Although the sellers can be bad the playerup mods have helped me out settle my order. I had a problem with an order as a buyer and playerup mods helped me settle it which I'm grateful for. I got the refund and they punished the seller as well so I appreciate what they did for me.

Absolute scam site. PlayerUp is a scam. I transferred my money to them 18 days ago. They were meant to open a 3 way conversation with myself and the seller, but have failed to do so, despite numerous attempts to contact them via support tickets and even telegram support. They've done a runner with my money and I'm having to go down the arduous process of chargeback with my bank. Please don't do it. They'll scam you and do a runner with your cash.

LAST UPDATE: I was refunded. Thanks to the support for clarifiy the issue. LAST UPDATE: Being patient... LAST UPDATE: I tried to buy something with the credits PlayerUp gave me. Unfortunately the buyer did not have the expansion "Forza Horizon - Storm Island", which he assured me he had and which is the only reason I want to buy the account. I will ask for a refund, this is definitively too frustrating for me. It is also very unclear how the buyer can change information regarding the seller an viceversa. I just hope I get my money back. ASAP I will ask PayPal for help. UPDATE: The support contacted me and is working on the case... For now I give it 4 stars for the reassuring call! I will give more stars and close the PayPal case, if this issue is completely clarified (either with a refund or if another item will be provided to me). ORIGINAL ISSUE: I did a transaction. Well I tryed that. It did not work out, because the buyer did not send the account. I changed the status to Buyer - Cancel order. The buyer wanted to set to Seller Cancel order, but the option was obscured. PlayerUp support did not answer, but after a while took my cancelation request away. I will have now to open a case via PayPal. I hope I get the money back.
