Hello people. I tried selling my Minecraft account using PlayerUp. Account actually sold through and me and buyer decided to use the integrated middleman on PlayerUp. Sent my account to the seller, while the money was locked in the middleman account. I was set to receive my money and i tried withdrawing it from PlayerUp. Withdrawed to my paypal, but then. Was supposed to receive it a couple of business days. I never received that, so naturally i tried contacting support and the middleman with no response. I then tried making a reddit thread, which i got a answer to, saying it should be resolved soon, that never happened. I tried making another post that also got answered, but with an answer that said it was resolved. It has now been 2 years since that happened. A lot of money lost that i could actually really need right now for helping to buy a car, this is a lot of money for me, $$$ amount. Still trying and i have since get to know many others, who alike with me had very similar problems. The customer support on PlayerUp does not at all answer you when they have taken your money. I am still trying to get this resovled without any real hope for it actually happening.

I have a serious problem and it is that they have not paid me and it has been more than 20 days. I reviewed them previously on another website to see if they made payment and I left negative feedback to the middleman and they responded very quickly to accuse me of spam. They suspended me and told me they wouldn't pay until I stopped spam. I accessed and deleted the comments, they restored me. The negative feedback to the middleman was never approved. It can only be described positively. If you speak ill of them, they suspend you and threaten not to pay you. Regarding the payment, the problem was KYC on their part with my payment method. I sent multiple forms of payment and nothing, I sent them an invoice and nothing. I asked them to cancel the withdrawal to request it by another method and they did not respond either. In the online chat they only say we will update your case shortly and nothing. If they suspend me again I will let you know in this review

This was already resolved as seen in the images where it shows the transaction was completed and you acknowledged payment. Your payout was released for this transaction. I sold an account and the buyer already had problems before, later when it worked out it took weeks until I got my money as credits on their website, from which 20$ were directly deducted for "verification". I then had the credits paid out again so that I could finally get it on paypal, which should take between 1 - 96 hours, but for over 3 weeks I have neither received the money nor has anyone responded to my support requests You should definitely avoid this site. The 20€ verification fee is totally dubious, you can even buy back your banned account if you just pay for it (couldn't be more dubious?!) and in the end you won't get your money anyway.

So over a month ago i sold an account and still haven't received any money for this. And support stopped answering. So can't recommend this site, they will steal your money.

Scammers and thiefs at their best. They only give you fast replies when you are about to pay. After that you're on your own. They stop replying after they get your money, set chat to to auto-reply to ANY of your messages, tickets, reports. You wait days, weeks, months for any progress and there's nothing. I'm still waiting after 5+ months of my transaction and I'm 100% sure I will never get it. Don't ever deal with these thiefs. Don't believe these fake and payed reviews. Use some other platform just not this one.

My funds was stuck in their website for 3-4 years because it didnt register in their system. 3-4 years ago, I bought an account from someone but my money didnt register so we decided to do it in other website. I've been telling the middleman that I haven't received it yet in their forums, and telegram. ITS VERY OBVIOUS that they muted me in TELEGRAM for 1 year because everytime I speak to them after a year, they respond since telegram mute only lasts for a year. I spoke to them again last February and guess what? They replied since the mute already expired. They registered the money but my account got suspended for multiple accounts. I appealed it and IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO RESOLVE THE issue. And now, im trying to withdraw, and its 1 week now i havent received it. Dont tell me i have to wait another year to get unmuted.

Lowkey lifeless scammers, I have video recordings that they are not paying me my 1566+755 USD. Those were pending since March 2021. When I made bad reviews about their services, they would respond me and beg me to withdraw the reviews which I did until now. If anyone needs proof of my claims then I can 100% provide proofs. They posted false accusations against me in their forum about me so my review look weak which is hilarious.

I advise against using PlayerUp for any transactions. They have demonstrated a consistent pattern of failing to fulfill their obligations, with a 100% failure rate in completing payments. I sold two accounts worth $200 in January 2024; it is now May 2024 and I still haven't receive my payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response. It appears that the only way to elicit a response is by writing a negative review. In such cases, they will reach out and feign the initiation of the payment process in exchange for the removal of the review. However, once the review has been removed, all communication ceases, and payment is never received. Additionally, they may ban your account or place a hold of all your future payments. Please take screen shots of everything before you write a review. Numerous negative reviews can be found on platforms such a Reddit, BBB, etc. I usually don't write reviews, whether positive or negative, but when it comes to dubious entities like PlayerUP, I feel compelled to warn others and prevent them from falling victim to the scam.

Very unhappy with this website and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone who’s looking to SELL their stuff. Buying is easy, because they want your money. With the help of a middleman you’ll get the bought stuff pretty quick. BUT: Don’t use the page to sell. I’ve sold my account on the 8th of February, it’s been almost three months and I still haven’t gotten my money. I’ve been writing everyone on their page. From support to private tickets. Nothing. No one cares. The middleman gets his commission for being no help and letting the bot do his thing. An absolute joke of a website. And I’ve been patient with them. Way to long. And the best part: I’ve used the live chat via telegram in hope of getting an immediate help. The only answer I got was one moment here. That was 12 days ago. Nice interpretation of a moment. I sold my item 22 december 2023 Via their middleman service Since then Playerup has still not paid me , First they claimed paypall was not working So when i gave my secondary payment method they told me it would get sorted within the next payout shedule ! We are now 22 April thats 4 months and still nothing. I sold an account at 2/28/24. After some reminders from the buyer and me I got a confirmation at 3/12/24. "Your transaction is now officially complete. Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours. " Today 4/8/24? Still no payment. This plattform is an absolutely desaster.

Perfect for a buyer but on the other hand of a seller horrendous. You’ll trade over your account and lose ownership to wait up to one entire week for middleman to even get involved and complete your transaction, and then be provided a time scale of 1-96 hours to receive payment, so far I’m on day 5 and still nothing in my account… Horrendous for a seller

Awful experience with the website and its support, have my money stuck on the website since like 2021 and after like a couple of years I just straight up had to give up. Tried reaching out to their support on multiple platforms and still no answer, its just sad.
