Scam website, carefully ignores new users and scams their money, after the buyer sended the money, they said their paypall had issues and that i had to provide bank details, i did, but afterwards there were 0 responses for 2 years, this site is a scam

Scam, I tried to buy an account, the first time it all went good, after the payment the site told me to login, when logging in it gave me an error and threw me to the Home Screen while giving no receipt for the bought account, I contacted the support to no avail and tried to buy the account a second time and the error repeated itself, I opened a ticket to tell about this issue hoping a support member would help me but my account got suspended instead. I would definitely not recommend and advise against using this site as it was a complete waste of time, nerves and money.

After finalizing the transaction, I received information: "Your transaction is now officially complete. Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." It has been 3 months since then, and I still haven't received the payment. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received a single response. If you are planning to sell anything on their website, I would not recommend it because their commitment is zero and you will probably never see the money for your goods.

PlayerUp and PlayerUp Middleman are scammers! They were ignoring me and didn't pay. When I published new post on reddit in PlayerUp subreddit, they marked "issue is resolved" and closed comments. But nothing was resolved. I asked other redditors and they had the same problem - "issue is resolved" but money wasn't paid. Then I posted review on complaintsboard and then they asked me to remove this review because "Sorry we dont process orders with open issues" (screenshot is attached). But if you remove your review they will ignore you again (screenshot is attached). Buyer confirmed order at the end of June and I still don't receive my payment. I think they are scammers and they will not pay anyway.

Status - Order Was Cancelled - You Sold A Suspended Account To A Buyer On July 18, 2023, you sold an account which was suspended by the publishers. The buyer attempted to reach out to you but the issue was and still remains unresolved. During this time, you constantly were harassing our team for payment while the buyers issue was still open and active. Instead of working with us to sort this issue out, you came to review sites to point blame at us. The team reached out to you recently to attempt to work a resolution on this issue. Instead we were greeted with vulgar language and religious attacks. At this point, there is nothing further we can do to assist you with your transaction. We can't even communicate with you on this matter much less even go about resolving the buyers issue. The funds have now been returned to the buyer and this order is terminated due to your inability to communicate / resolve this matter.
Lol Im a victim of middleman player up. I sold an account there but didnt get the money till now (7 months). I sent ticket to cashout my balance but they never sent it to my paypal. My friend experience the same thing. He lost like $600

A fake site...is down from.more than a week...I paid 40usd$ for a reddit account,middleman took my payment and said won't process because I posted a bad review about them on another site under another name...just a false accusation so as to not pay me the promised service...thier site is down since more than a week...don't deal buy or sell your hard earn money on this scams scamster middleman playerup account...check out thier recent reviews on reddit and how they blackmail the seller & buyer both the parties

Scam site, they owe me a refund. Been trying to get it for 2 weeks. Had to threaten legal action just to get a response. The site is riddled with fraudulent listings and will not pay the refunds they "issue".

Sent payment for an order a week ago, no response whatsoever from PlayerUp or the seller. Transaction is just sitting in limbo. The middleman service sucks, who knows when they will eventually process this transaction and they don't answer messages or tickets. It says on the site there is a maximum 48 hour processing time, what an absolute joke. Only use your credit card on this website, so you can do a chargeback when they take your money and proceed to ignore you.

Playerup.com has not paid me for my completed transaction via their online official middleman for over 27 months. I sold a product for $2450 USD and have not seen a single cent of that money - but have been stonewalled, lied to, coerced, threatened by Playerup.com Middleman Support over the course of this 27+ month issue. Transaction was completed April of 2021, mid pandemic and still has not been released as of August 2023. Playerup.com Middleman Support will ask you to delete any honest negative reviews before providing additional support which is illegal. I posted a review here but it seems they reported it to get it taken down. I have proof of all coercive actions taken by Playerup.com which includes Playerup Middleman threatening to cancel the transaction in which the buyer has already received the account for over 27 months to force me to remove my honest review. If Review.io wants additional proof, feel free to contact me on registered email instead of deleting the honest review without valid reason other than individuals trying to hide the truth. I will happily share all screenshots and conversations if required. Playerup.com initially stated that they were dropped by their payment processing company Elavon in 2021 for providing false information on an official document. Playerup.com did not pause transactions or warn customers leading to a large number of sellers not being paid despite buyers receiving their product and payments being processed through Playerup.com They said they needed a few months on their "official statement" now blaming Firserv/First Data for customers not being paid. This "official statement" was pushed multiple times despite all deadlines provided by Playerup.com not being met. The official statement was finally deleted after more than 1 year of constant delays. Playerup.com Middleman would then never update for months at a time unless a review was posted about the truth. Then they would insist that you delete the review or they will not provide additional support. If you insisted they provide support before deleting the review they would threaten you with more illegal actions on their part. They have done this again as of August 5th to 7th 2023 and have threatened to cancel my transaction again. Instead of simply providing updates to a longstanding issue and providing a reasonable solution, these thugs will try to make your life as difficult as possible.

I guess player up scammed me. I've waited 144h to get my payment then after that they told me to wait another 96h then after that i still didn't received my payment but the buyer continously playing my account for almost 2 weeks now. What a great scammer! You let everyone selling their account but the money is yours (player up).

PlayerUp scammed me. I was a seller, I delivered the account, and the buyer paid for it. However PlayerUp never released the payment from the buyer after I made dozens of payment requests. Then they closed the transaction as "Completed" and just pretended that everything was fine. I have reached out to their support team countless times. When I contact the "Middleman" who is supposed to orchestrate the trades, I get no answer. I tried through the private conversation, by opening a new ticket, nothing. When I contact the gener customer support line, they shut me down saying that they do not handle Middleman transactions and I have to contact Middleman (radio silence). After they failed to pay me, I posted a negative review online. Hilariously, that's when Middleman finally reached out and said that the payment was suspended because of an "offsite open dispute". So when they see negative reviews online, they explicitly threaten to withhold payment until you delete the reviews. I actually did delete the review in hopes of getting paid, but it didn't work, they never responded (after 4 months and 6 more unanswered support requests to Middleman support). So here we are, I was never paid for the what I delivered, Middleman kept the money. It's a scam. Transaction ID: 7845367001

I’ve attempted to get payment for an account I sold. The buyer paid playerup, and playerup is not giving the money to me. They essentially keep whatever money is given to them and don’t pay their sellers. Avoid this site. Don’t believe any positive reviews because they are manipulating the reviews.

Status - Resolved You have not yet completed your transaction as of January 2024. There are tickets open with you and the buyer. The buyer is waiting but you aren't responding. I have once again updated your ticket to notify you that you need to provide the buyer access to the email on the account otherwise he will not be able to obtain full access to the account. If no reply from you by February 15, 2024 on this order, we will proceed with cancellation of this order since it's been 8 months now and no resolution to this issue. We have also notified you onsite again regarding this issue.
They have become so proficient in their deception that they actually believe they aren't simply a group of swindlers! I have had a payment pending since April 2022, and after a plethora of communications and messages, I have officially given up on the $450 owed to me. They do not respond to messages, tickets, emails or anything, and are quite adept at swiftly cancelling year-long pending payment orders as soon as you leave a negative review of them. They instruct you to remove your review in exchange for payment, but trust me when I say that payment will never come. I have removed my reviews three times since last year, each time with a promise of payment, but have yet to receive anything. Please refrain from supporting such dishonest individuals who exhibit zero customer care or ethical behavior.

At first, this happens as usual everything was fine, but the client explained very well about the terms of payment on the site, about how to use the service on the site (it is called a middleman, on the site it is written that the client-buyer pays money to the site, then the seller pays for the service, and then the seller gives his account data to a person who is a representative of this site). I sold my MTGarena account for 800$ (order 8210680817). The seller paid to PlayerUp's mediator and I share account informations. ETA for payment is noted 144 hours but after 1 month I havent been paid; they doesn't answser to questions.
