This site scams the seller, I tried to sell an account at the end of 2022 and im coming back to this now because its been long enough and i figured something would have changed but no. I now assume the person 'buying' my account was someone within PlayerUp and i will not ever see those funds, The payment was and still is stuck on 'Pending: Payment ETA 24-144 Hours' so that's nice. I started on this site almost 2 months ago, during that period I made a sale of a gaming account, the buyer was satisfied so the operation was completed, however, the payment in the form of credits was not made until almost 3 weeks later , and this because I was insisting to them for a long time with multiple tickets and for their support on Telegram. Later I tried to withdraw these same credits to my associated PayPal account, they discounted the credits almost immediately and charged a commission, and the ticket was pending payment to PayPal, 1 month has passed and the payment has still not been received in the Account, although I have opened some support tickets, but all of them always remain unanswered, due to this experience I would recommend being very careful with this page if you are a seller.

If you want to receive a refund on this site, don't bother. You will have better chances of winning the lottery than getting a refund. They do not respond to your ticket at all... There are better P2P platforms out there. EDIT 1: Hi, so I am revising this review. Of course they reply to tickets really fast when you post a review like this. They sent me an email saying this "Thank you for your review, would you mind revising it or changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with." asking me to revise it (so here I am revising it, but not in a way they woud like haha). In the ticket they said they do not require IDs, and they also said, and I quote - "Happy to help speed up your cancellation but why did you post on playerup.com, didn't contact our chat/open another ticket? Can you let us know once that is closed on playerup.com so I can get this cancellation expedited for you now?", I guess they can't explicitly say reviews.io so instead they are saying playerup.com, but they want me to change or remove this review in order for them to "expedit my cancellation". I will eat up the loss since it's only 2 dollars, but people please be aware not to use this platform, read the other reviews where people had much worse experiences for far greater amounts. Absolute scam site. PlayerUp is a scam. I transferred my money to them 18 days ago. They were meant to open a 3 way conversation with myself and the seller, but have failed to do so, despite numerous attempts to contact them via support tickets and even telegram support. They've done a runner with my money and I'm having to go down the arduous process of chargeback with my bank. Please don't do it. They'll scam you and do a runner with your cash.

Their middleman service is not credible. I tested their site and I got tricked. I found many issues on them on the internet with solid evidence that they are here to trick people and steal their money. They seem extremely credible at first, but when they get hold of your money the fun part will begin. Also do not trust the good reviews from here because they seem fake. They create an email address and a fake Instagram account and take from their own database the proof they need in order to trick the review sites. This is a common practice. I urge you to do your own research on the internet (youtube, different forums like Reddit, other review sites, etc). Take all the good reviews with a grain of salt because it seems that they put much efforts into building fake marketing materials (like fake reviews or no-name influencers who are talking about how well they worked with PlayerUp, but they never show you evidence of an actual exchange of goods between real users, just some screenshots on PlayerUp platform where it is stated that someone needs to receive a certain amount of money, but no bank statements are shown or clear evidence 0). They will scream that what I am saying is fake, but this is another way to cover up the nasty things they do with their site. It is best for you to check other sources also and you will see that a lot of people were tricked by them and lost their money.

This is my first time using player up and my experience has just been totally horrific. I have recently sold an account on player up and I am currently awaiting payment from them from a cash out that's been pending for 20 days. They state is should not take longer that 94 hours. I have reached out to them on telegram and the only response I got was "one moment please" and that was 4 days ago. I feel like they scammed me at this point and I will not get paid.

They never pay you. I used them and unfortunately I did not read on internet before using them. I have a pending issue since couple of months now and they totally ignore me. I think the Review Sites should take their site down because it is clear that they use them to trick people because there are too many good reviews wich seems to sound fake. I won't share my transaction number because I understand that they will put on hold my payout.

Simply i search on Google to buy cp for call of duty mobile and i found this site i made an order nd no one respond, just pending for ever The funny thing is they tell you this a thread or this is high risk or this is safe on orders you want to buy, so they pushing you to think the risk will be from seller you choose to deal with not from them, if you choose a good seller then it's totally safe, This is how they keep suspicion away!

For nearly a year, I've awaited payment without any communication from the site. Despite reaching out through their Reddit help forum, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger, the responses cited a payment method delay and requested an alternative payment, which I promptly provided four months ago—yet, I still await a resolution. REVIEW UPDATE on 20 December 2023 after PlayerUp reply: PlayerUp responded to my review as follows: "Status - Resolved You have an outstanding issue onsite that still needs to be resolved. Until you resolve all issues with your order we cannot release your payout. You've been posting on reviews.io for 2+ months, 11 reviews total and had you just resolved those issues onsite, you would have received your payout in October." (I copied their answere here just to be sure they will not modify it) As of today my payout was still not processed so that "Status - Resolved" is a deceiving answer. Now to go through all the answer that they provided: -> "an outstanding issue onsite": my playerup account is actually blocked so I am unable to resolve anything onsite, but the funny part is that before blocking my account on my payout ticket they were saying that I have "an outstanding issue OFFsite". So basically they only see issues just not to give you any money -> "resolve all issues with your order": they want to say that I need to delete every 1* review on every review websites. The funny part is that after I deleted everything they started again to ignore me. -> "You've been posting on reviews.io for 2+ months, 11 reviews total and had you just resolved those issues onsite" - indeed I tried to post other reviews mainly because on my first review they answered "Status - Resolved" and I wanted to say that this is a lie, but after few hours my review was deleted. My first review was made somewhere in October and later I found out how to get in contact with Reviews.io to delete that review because PlayerUp wanted all the issues offsite to be "resolved" (if you know what I mean :D). Those 11 reviews that PlayerUp is talking about are not visible or maybe they are deleted, in any case I have confirmation that they do not affect the average rating of PlayerUp (still the company believes that those 11 reviews are an issue for them :wink::wink:) -> "you would have received your payout in October." My transaction was finalized in the middle of August and I waited almost 2 months for my payout to be processed. In those 2 months, I was so ignored that I felt that I was the most hated person in the world. I hope people who are reading this will learn from my mistake and will stay away from PlayerUp if they care for their money. ------ 15 December 2023 PlayerUp cannot be trusted because they do not cashout the money to the sellers. Many 5* star reviews are made by PlayerUp just cover the bad reviews. ---My STORY In August 2023 I finalized a transaction of a game account. At the beginning everything was good, the online middleman service seemed to be responsive, but once the payment from the buyer towards PlayerUp was made it was impossible to reach the Middleman. So as you can imagine the buyer payed to PlayerUp the money, I have given the game account to the buyer because this was the process and he was kind enough to hand me over his bank statement showing that he did payed to PlayerUp (the online middleman service). I tried every peaceful method to reach them (email, telegram, opening tickets, responding multiple times to my cashout ticket), but none of them seemed to get the attention of my Middleman Service Representative/PlayerUp staff. I received only one response at some point on telegram and they were saying that they will start processing the payments once the page is up. Indeed, at that point the page was having connectivity issues, but at some point everything seems to work normal. Of course, I asked again on telegram about the payment process and as you can guess, they did not answer. I started writing bad reviews everywhere i could and at some point one of they staff contacted me saying that if I wish to get payed I need to delete my reviews. I did so, but right after that they stopped responding to my inquiries. On some of my reviews that I deleted they even responded publicly that they "resolved my case", which they did not.

I sold an account on March 2023 and still did not receive payment. Contacted support many times.. no feedback.. I know that transaction was small (USD 15,00).. but it was first one to check if this company is reliable.. I have few more accounts to sell if it turns OK.. For now - NOT OK!

I sold an account through the middleman service on November 16th. I went through the claim process and it said I’d receive my funds within 24-144 hours (1-6 days). I waited over 2.5 weeks and got no responses. I posted a review of the site and they suddenly moved my payment to the next phase and said everything was resolved. That was 8 days ago and they have not responded to a single message, listed my payout as a lower amount and haven’t given me my funds. Do not trust this site to give you your money!

Buyers and sellers beware. Unfortunately, website owner (middleman) does not pay the sellers' money, and when you message him "why you do not pay the money?" he bans the sellers' accounts. that's why the sellers on that website don't want to deliver the purchased accounts. this website owe me about 100$, when first time after 6 month i asked him to pay my money he deduct about 15$ from cashout pending money, second time after 1 year when i asked him again "Why don't you pay me?" he deduct about 15$ again for no reason. and now he say "we owe u only small 50$" and nothing again, nothing!! he does not even pay that small 50$ and has banned my account

First time buyer experience: I wanted to buy Lvl. 30 League of Legends account. Found this website with some good reviews. Found a good account for a nice price. Paid for LOL account and waited for 3-way conversation to open. 1 day passed. No response. 2 days passed. No response. A week passed. No response. 1 month passed. No response. 2 months passed. No response from Playerup. Finally I got frustrated & gave them bad review. Within hours I got response from Playerup. Playerup asked me to remove review and only after that they will activate transaction, which I did. So from start to end it took 2 months to get LOL account. I wouldn't recommend Playerup to purchase accounts.

Playerup is literally a SCAM. I have two pending cashouts, one was started FIVE YEARS ago and the second was started an year ago. So far I haven't received a penny. They've also shadowbanned me on their site and I can't post any threads. Last I heard from their support was on telegram on 6 April 2022. Since then they have completely ignored my messages.
