I'll start this review with my second experience: In less then one hour bought the item I wanted with the store credit playerup offered me from my not so great first experience. Process started in less then 30 minutes after I submited the buy form. Seller delivered in ~ 15 minutes ... checked and secured the account in another 10 minutes and that was it. It actually made me trust playerup again and I will use them in the future. Based on my second experience i'll rate 5 with the mention that if they have a super busy period they can have big delays and if you are on your first playerup purchase ( like i was on my first experience ) you can get frustrated or anxious. Original post: My first experience: 1. Created an account and tried to pay an item through paypal. Always redirected me to safecharge to input my credit card info even if I selected paypal everytime. Gave up. 2. [ 19.01.2023 at 13:21 ] Bought store credit in the exact amount of the item I wanted to purchase. Paypal finished payment but safecharge's website gave an error and the payment wasn't automatically registered by playerup. Opened a ticket right away. 3. [ 20.01.2023 at 12:49, 24 hours later ] The site responded to that issue but actually the credits appeared in my account around ~ 16:00 4. [ 20.01.2023 at 19:18 ] Submitted form to buy the item Received automated response that transaction will happen in 1 to 24 hours. 5. [ 21.01.2023 at 07:xx, 12 hours later ] The credit was deducted from my account balance. 6. [ 22.01.2023 at 09:27, more then 36 hours after I submitted the form ] Seller informs me that playerup just started selling the item to another buyer. 7. [ 22.01.2023 at 17:21, almost 48 hours after I submitted the form ] I receive mail: Pre Middleman Order Startup - Transaction ID: 98407810-90 8. [ 23.01.2023 at 04:36 ] seller informed Playerup and me on 3 way conversation that the account was sold in another transaction, on the Playerup site nonetheless 9. [ 01.02.2023 at 13:48 ] after more tickets submitted managed to refund the amount to store credit 10 [ 02.02.2023 at 14:34 ] managed to get my money back in my bank account So ... 14 days with my money blocked for a screw up playerup did, the amount sent vs the amount refunded was short almost 10 dollars ... and a lot of hassle to get my money back. Even if in the end i got my money back I would not recommend this site. LE after Playerup response here: i had multiple super urgent tickets opened for every step of the process that was delayed. LE 2: actually i didn't receive any coupon for the $50. That would have been nice and it would have made up for the 2 week hassle. LE 3: I see that 50 dollars was just added to my account credit. Fair enough. So, i'll give them that. To clarify, i will post in conversation chat to: the difference comes from the exchange from my local currency to us dollars and back. I know it's nobody's fault but i still got almost 10$ difference because of the refund. That doesn't matter. You made up with that account credit. So ... a suggestion if you may allow me: when a buyer buys an item, that item should be automatically withdrawn from listing so this situation will not happen again. The entire process ( or most part of it ) can be fully automated. So, the new rating will be composed of this: 5 out of 5 stars for fairness, good support 3 out of 5 stars for the delays and the lack of automation. That's a general rating of 4 out of 5 !

i finished selling a games account on playerup on the 9th of june 2023 with no issues. once the money was in my middleman balance that is when issues started to happen. i cashed out like normal and i was told 1-96 hours before payment would reach my account it is now 25th of novemeber and i have yet to receive the money i am owed. after the 96 hours were up i tried to contact the middleman directly via the website for over a month sending messages every few days but i was ignored. i made a urgent message to support i was ignored. so i went to a website called sitejabber to leave a review with full proof about what was going on. not a day after leaving the review i was contacted on telegram by the middleman telling me they have stopped my payment due to leaving a bad review. i kindaly told them that i would be happy to update the review when i received my payment. they refused this request and told me that i would need to remove the review first and after a few weeks i reluctantly removed the review and they told me they would issue my payement. not long after that there site went down for around 2 weeks for some reason and which point i was told they would issue my payment as soon as the site was back up and they cleared through there backlog. ok find things happen and i waited weeks and weeks went by no reply and was ignored yet again so i reached out the the original buyer to try and resolve the issue. i was hoping that if the original buyer was involved they would pay me. sadly no all they did was lie to the buyer and tell them my payment had just been sent and i would receive it in a few day. i have got nothing from them and from what i can tell this site is full of scammer. AVOID AT ALL COST OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY. dont fall for the same thing i did all these good reviews are fake or they have been tricked into writting them. be very careful

Service are great quite delay a bit but still can be tolerated. A very good solution for safe transaction between players. As a merchant i find it secured seeing that the middleman can guarantee no chargebacks.

There is no update on this transaction and I've been waiting for 10 days now. Note that I have tried the super urgent transaction delayed ticket and all I get is auto replies. I am also verified and I sold many accounts there before. Edit: middleman just ansewered to my ticket and they promised to help.

Waiting more than 2 days for 3 way ticket I'm waiting 2 days for the order: 880189491 be completed. The 3 way ticket isn't open yet and I didn't have any feedback from the middleman support. Edit: Middleman contact me and the transaction will start

Scam website, carefully ignores new users and scams their money, after the buyer sended the money, they said their paypall had issues and that i had to provide bank details, i did, but afterwards there were 0 responses for 2 years, this site is a scam

(RESOLVED) Someone PURCHASED my Instagram account on Playerup days ago. I provided the Username & Password VIA Middleman and I noticed via my email that the Buyer has logged in to the Instagram account safely. I have already provided Middleman my Paypal Payment details. I AM STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENTS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Send out the payment of $40.
