“I have been buying your products for a lot of years but on this occasion I ordered the three vial pack and one of the vials came empty so I don't know what to do I have the empty vial here and as much as I pump nothing comes out so use this information as you can be careful when you're filling the vials because sometimes they miss one”

“Dear Sir, I am very happy with how your product reduces the bags under my eyes, however I wish it didn’t leave a residue. I’ve tried it with make up without make up, it’s better applied without make up but it still leaves a residue. If that problem could be resolved I’d be singing your praises from the rooftops.”

“I like the product but I just received another bottle that will not work when I pump it. I have had one other like it and had to stay on the line for over 15 minutes while they tried to walk me thru how to make it work which it never did. They did replace that one but I am treading calling again due to the long wait time.”

“Ok, I paid for 3, I got 3, 2 of the bottles didn't work, I pushed both about 12 times to get it to come out, that didn't work, so I returned them and they sent me the individuals ones, 2, to replace the boxes. But I am definately not happy with those because if you open it and you us less, it dries out and cannot be used the next day. So now I am not happy. Can I return those and get 2 bottles? Just not having very good luck. I DO like the end result of the product, it's just the packing ....”

“Work great for a while now my bags got larger I have to put more on than usual”

“I was a very satisfied customer until my last order of 3 containers. Two of the pumps did not work. I had to crack the containers open and scoop the cream out. Up till then I was very satisfied with the product. I have been using it for years. I was glad when you switched to the new pump. Now I'm not sure if I will continue to order. I was sent a sample of the individual foil packs. This is not the first time I had this problem, but maybe I will try one more order.”

“I must be using too much cause when it dries I get spider webs. Would give higher ratings if not for that.”

“I like the product and have used it for years. However, my last purchase of several containers included one which was empty - it had no product. I sent that container back to you two months ago asking for an exchange and have heard nothing back from your company. That is very poor customer service, and because of that I am looking at changing to competing products. Ignoring regular customers is bad business.”

“Originally, I was a strong proponent of plexaderm. The "new and improved" version does not seem to be as seamless and easy to apply and blend as the original product. Sorry. And I am sorry that I cannot get the original anymore. Love the new applicator, a lot easier than the old syringe style.”

The new Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum is an advanced formula that took over a year to develop. It applies easier, works better, is more comfortable on the skin, and lasts longer (up to 10 hours) than our older Rapid Reduction Cream PLUS. “The product does reduce the puffiness - that part I like, but after waiting until it completely dries, if you try to put concealer, makeup or moisturizer on, it cakes up under my eye and I have to take it all off and start again.”

Hi Betty. We appreciate your feedback. Eyeshadows, liner, mascara and blush are all good products to use with Plexaderm. If liquid foundation is a must then first try to avoid areas where Plexaderm has been applied since many of the oils in makeup will lessen the effects. Some water-based foundations can be lightly applied over Plexaderm after it dries. Please let us know if you need any further assistance or if you have any questions.

“Works well when first used. However solution turns watery after several uses. I’ve also had one brand new bottle not pump up the solution. Again good at first use but based on price should be good to bottom of bottle.”

Hi Dave. We are sorry to hear about your dispensers. The watery bottle may be condensation inside the bottle of Plexaderm. Please try to shake the bottle of Plexaderm vigorously to help with the consistency of the product then carefully and slowly dispense the remaining condensation, this can take up to 1-2 full pumps. During your first use you may need to press the pump 10 times or more until product begins to flow. Try placing your finger over the dispensing hole and pumping a few times. This can help speed up the priming process. Please let us know if you need any further assistance or if you have any questions.
