“The Plexaderm works great. I couldn't be happier with the results. However, the old syringe type of applicator was terrible. The new applicator works better but it doesn't seem to hold as much as the previous applicator.”

Recently while reviewing my bank statement, I came across a charge to my VISA account that read: Product: Groceries City: New York This troubled me because I don't buy groceries in NY when I live in Las Vegas, NV. I called my bank to see if they had any additional information on the charges, and they said they had none. I told them it must be a fraudulent charge. They canceled the charge. I later leaned that it was from you company and called your representative and explained the problem. I asked her to accept my credit card information again so that I could pay for the item. She said it was already processed. I tried to explain to her that my bank would probably request a refund from her bank and she said there was nothing that could be done. I told her I still had the product, would she like for me to send it back. She said "no, just enjoy it". I hope this didn't cause a lot of trouble for anyone, but it was very strange to receive a bill for cosmetics that reads "groceries". I will, in future, be calling for refills when I next need them. Thank you!”

Hi Phylils. It seems you may be experiencing condensation inside the bottle of Plexaderm. Shake the bottle of Plexaderm vigorously to help with the consistency of the product then carefully and slowly dispense the remaining condensation, this can take up to 1-2 full pumps. HI Ken. Thank you for your valuable application tip. Too much Plexaderm will result in a visual residue. Gently dab away any excess product with a damp cloth.
