“The item arrived as ordered and was despatched within the time stated. One thing puzzled me that despite 6 days to despatch the item, it was sent using a 24 hrs delivery service.
It would have been useful to have, at the time of placing the order, the expected delivery date, rather than the date of despatch. Also, a delivery time prediction better than 'before 1700' would have been welcome.”
“Good customer service when contacted. Polite, helpful and the quality of the goods ordered was very high. Well packaged and delivered promptly . Delivery driver also waited while I thoroughly inspected the goods - not all will do that.”
“Happy with service. Tap is as described, not sure it is a Hudson Reed tap though as described, nothing to state that it is on either box or tap. Could be a cheaper imitation for all I know.”
“Product exactly as described and half the price of other retailers.
Minor gripe was no delivery updates until product turned up at the door so sheer chance that I was in but nevertheless excellent value for money overall”
