"When there was a problem with the order they rectified it immediately and at no expense. Great service at great prices."

Lovely and elegant bathroom tap. Beautifully made and well worth the money. Supplier responded quickly and delivery fast
Roger Castle
"Excellent Customer service, I was very happy with the price and quality of the products as well as the delivery information until my goods arrived. I also had no problem at all getting through to someone when I called, and they were very polite and helpful."
Paul Hutchins
Very pleased with the unit. It looks very smart in our new cloakroom. Great service from Flush Bathrooms
Chris Harris
The basin arrived extremely well packed, in a sturdy box with reinforced corners. Good start. The basin itself is very smart-looking, and nice and compact. There are a few issues with it though. Firstly, the manufacturing tolerances are very low (or quality control is very poor). One corner of the basin was 8mm higher than the others, making it very difficult to mount level. The four foam pads provided got this purpose were most definitely not up to the job. Either the front was level, or the back, but not both. In the end it was a compromise, leaving front and back almost level, and almost level side to side, with gaps underneath that needed to be sealed. The next problem was installing the waste. Again, the tolerances in basin manufacture meant that the waste rocked from side to side so much that the rubber mounting grommet Would not form a seal even with silicone. After several efforts it was necessary to use silicone sealant (liberally) on all surfaces. Finally, the design of the basin itself means that the bottom of the basin is quite flat, so it does not entirely drain. Just the surface tension of the water at the bottom of the basin is enough to overcome the fall into the trap, and leave a shallow pool of water to each side, which my other half is not happy about! All that said, it's in and looks great, but I would hesitate to buy this brand again.

"Absolutely delighted with our shower screen. Delivered quickly and without fuss. The quality is excellent. Although it was quite easy to install, the instructions could be clearer by providing an overall exploded diagram of the screen construction. "
John Price
"The product was as described and came in good time. Was installed and looks good up. Word of caution the screws that it came with weren't strong enough and it maybe difficult to find shower rings that will fit. "
