“One piece of my order was damaged when it arrived. I spoke with customer service and they sent me a replacement. The only issue I have is that they would not expedite the shipping at no extra cost.”

“I changed my mind after placing an order online, I wanted to add one additional item. I was told I can't do that. But Jake at Plumbersstock is very helpful.
