“Jake in customer service was "Johnnie on the Spot" and quickly canceled an order and issued a refund on a part I improperly ordered. He advised me on the proper needed part and I immediately ordered it. Customer service at their company number one!!”

“MJ was very helpful and responded promptly to my order inquiry. However, it would have been nice if the system proactively sent me a tracking number when the order was shipped. “I expected a 16 day turnaround for my order, but was hoping that was just a maximum. It ended up taking 23 days. I asked for updates multiple times but was ignored. I finally called yesterday to be told it would be delivered that afternoon. Today I finally received a response to my inquiries saying it was delivered. Terrible customer service. The product itself is fine. Not as good as the same item we received with our original”

“Jake helped me with my refund. I ordered a Moen automatic shut off valve for my rental property. Unfortunately, I learned I could not use it per manufacturer's installation recommendations after consulting with a plumber. Used the company's phone number to leave a message via text and Jake called me immediately to help me out, thanks, Jake!”
