“Jake was a great help today. I tried several times to place an order online with no success. He checked stock, took my order quickly, and outlined my shipping options. I wish all customer service reps could at least come close to Jake! He certainly saved my opinion of Plumbers Stock, and hopefully the delivery will go as well.”

“I was having problems with their website and placing my order so I called and talked with JAKE! He was so patient and helpful getting my order placed. “Unfortunately the item I ordered was on back order and I was unable to wait. However the price was the lowest I found on the internet and about $85 less than what I ended up paying. Customer service from Jake was excellent and I received a quick refund as soon as the order was cancelled. I will definitely consider using the site again!”
