“Chad was wonderful. He helped me to return an item. Thank you chad. The process was time consuming. Double packing and such. None of which was Chad's fault. I was never compensated for the return postage 17.15$ I returned a small 1.60oz box. Everything was in the original packaging. Including the original mailing envelope. I never took the product out of the original mailing envelope. I ordered the thermostat for a sick woman who died before I received the package, hence the return in all the original packaging.”

“I had to call and email their customer support after placing an order. Both representatives were helpful, courteous and prompt. I received follow up email and phone call after they corrected my order error. I am going to recommend them to all my contractors. Also- their prices were lower than several other places I looked for our chimney items.”
