“We order a small part needed to complete our bath rennovation after Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately the part didn't fit and could not be used. I explained our situation online, via Plumbersstock.com chat. A couple days later received a very professional and courtesy reply from Franz R., Customer Service Operations Mgr. Franz was empathetic to our situation and loss. He approved a full, prompt refund. So refreshing to deal with a company who understands their customer's situation and proves that they truly care and value us as a customer. Thank you Franz!!”

“Horrible, DO NOT recommend! 3 days to "process" an order for "in stock" parts then they shipped the 7 ounce item UPS/USPS value which takes 6 days and charge $10 for this unacceptable SLOW shipping service.”

“I ordered a long shank toggle switch from Amazon which was processed through your company. I was in urgent need of the switch and was expecting delivery in a couple of days. I got a couple notifications of a shipping delay. I was at the point that I really needed the switch and could not wait any longer, and I was forced to purchase one locally. Since I no longer needed this switch, I called your number to get a return authorization as instructed by Amazon, and spoke to Franz. I explaind the situation to him, and he was extreemly helpful and polite. He resolved the return matter quickly and easily. Because the issue was caused by a shipping delay, he accepted responsibility for the problem, cancelled the need to return the switch, and initiated the refund process. This was great because I no longer needed to go back to Amazon to complete the refund process or make a trip to the post office. Franz made the whole process very easy.”

“Outstanding customer service by Franz, who assisted me in placing a purchase order which needs to eventually reach an overseas destination. Due to the inability to pay with cards outside of USA and Canada, he assisted me thoroughly until the order was placed for a duration of more than a week. I am now excitedly anticipating the delivery of my ordered sink plus its accessories.”
