“I had to initiate a return of an unused item purchased through PlumbersStock's store on Amazon. Amazon's return process provided conflicting information, so I reached out directly to PlumbersStock for help. I connected with Jake via the chat support service. Jake guided me through the process with clear, simple directions, including emailing me the correct RMA form. Jake made the entire process painless and easy.”

“Jake is the best. Showed so much patience when there was so much confusion on my end about the correct size rough-in for the toilet I was replacing. So I ordered, then canceled, then reordered when my plumber confirmed what I initially ordered was the right size. Superb customer service.”
