“Frances is a great customer service rep who was willing to take his time when it came to resolving our purchase order issues. I can’t say was I was happy with the delivery of the products we ordered because one of the items we received was broken. We were told that a replacement part would be ordered and shipped out to us which unfortunately never ended up happening, which resulted in me following up to see what the status was in which Francis informed me that the part was not available and that he would be able to refund the whole amount we paid for the toilet without having to return it not that we could’ve because it was already installed. Plumber stock has great prices, however some of their products take forever to ship out. All in all this whole purchase process took us over six months. Regardless, all that matters is that the customer service is there and that they truly care about delivering great service so trust that you’re in good hands with plumber stock.”

“I called in to get updated shipping information. I waited for only a short time before Frances answered ready to help. He was able to check my order, and update me on the needed information quickly. He also explained that the website has undergone a few changes explaining my account questions and letting me know they are working to resolve it. What a great experience because of Frances personality and willingness to resolve my concerns -- Thanks Frances!”
