“Great customer service. I checked on my order via text/email and got a quick same day response. The part was on back order but they could ship it from another warehouse. My package was shipped yesterday (same day) and came today. Very satisfied! Will install it tonight.”

“Jared at Redback Tools provided amazing customer service. I had an issue with my blower and he responded immediately after I reached out. After I provided the info required, he honored the warranty and is sending me a new blower. Very professional and seemed happy to help me. 5 Stars!!!”
