“I received great service from the phone representative, John T. He helped me order the pieces I needed at the best price. Ultimately there was a delay getting half of my order in, but John did his best to expedite the shipment even when it was being held up at the manufacturer level. I would use PlumberStock again because their prices were the best and the website was easy to use.”

“We're always grateful when a businessperson takes time -- and patience -- to deal with us (aged 82 and almost 73). John explained the situation of our order and, in very little time, he followed up with a reassuring email. We appreciate his courtesy, and we will be pleased to recommend your company to family and friends. Anne and Bill Gribbin”
