“My drip pan was too large and the company was courteous to send a return label even though it is not the normal policy. Pam”

“I ordered several items that were out of stock and needed to be ordered from the manufacturer (6-8 week lead time). However, later I noticed there were some in stock in one of the local warehouses. I called and within minutes, one of the representatives (Ann Diaresco) was able to update my order to be shipped from the local warehouse (in 5-7 days) – at no extra cost! Great company, smooth experience overall, and prices were unbeatable.”

“Thank you Plumber Stock especially Ann Diaresco for helping me with my order. She's the only one who helped me with my order because other agents said they would call me back but i did not get any call back. Good thing I was assigned to Ann and she helped me a lot. Thank you so much Ms. Ann.”
