“after waiting several months on a b/o part I tried to contact them using several methods with no response. finally after a 13 minute on hold phone call, I was greeted by Bernard. He was very helpful and understood my frustration, he offered up what info he could find on my order and asked if there was anything else he could do for me at this time, there was not so we parted ways. I realize there is a supply chain problem on my order, so nothing against Plumbers Stock.”
