“I needed to exchange a defective pump and Aillene helped me from start to finish. She was responsive, efficient, and professional throughout the process. Pricing was fair, delivery from FedEx was quick, and the same was true for the return/exchange process.”

“Would have given 5 stars if they'd have let me know my card was declined. Ordered on July 17th and called on July 31st by to see where my order was. Was told that it would be at the warehouse by Aug 4th. Had to call back again today Aug 7th just to find out there was a card issue. Poor communication on their part.”
