“wasn't sure what had happened to my order my credit card had been charged and i hadn't received my order so i called and spoke with deane she informed me my parts were due to arrive today and she sent me the link for tracking number”

“Ann assisted me with a somewhat complicated situation and she quickly figured it out and took excellent care of the matter immediately. Ann went above and beyond to make sure that the order was handled by her and that I wasn't passed off to someone else. This is a shining example of how all companies should train their staff to give exemplary customer service every time. I can see by the other reviews that Plumbersstock.com has done this! “Deane, made me feel like my concern for the missing part was a priority. She even checked in the availability of the missing part. Deane us an asset to your company. I had called Saturday and the person who took the call seemed disinterested and told me just to email my concern. Night and Day. Deane is the best”
