“Ordered a part in March and received it in July. This was due to supply chain issues completely out of the control of Plumbers Stock. They kept me informed. I would have given 5 stars but 4 is very good.”

“I had ordered a part that ultimately could not be found; out of stock and not available. Christy Ventura notified me that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order, and also informed me that there was no charge to my account based on that information. I was very grateful for her up-front notification. I greatly appreciated the service that was provided, even when I was not going to be able to receive the part. That, to me, exemplifies great service! I will be using this company again with this great service to the customer!”

“Just finished speaking with Deane regarding an order that was late in arriving and I wanted to request a cancellation of my order. Deane quickly located the info etc for my order and cheerfully cancelled it. I hadn't been charged yet, so there was no heed to initiate a return/refund. I am quite please with my experience with Deane.”

“Tried calling Plumberstock several times, left voicemails and no response. Finally, I got Chriselen on the phone and she quickly handled my issue. The level of professionalism was exactly what I wanted to find on the other end of the call. I am still waiting for my parts to arrive---longer than the 16 days quoted. I will be in touch if they got the order wrong.”
