“I spoke with Bernard Mijares today (support request #8819890), & he was very helpful. He took care of the issue I had, which was a foil quill mat having arrived damaged. He refunded my money & said go ahead & keep the mat. He was very nice, & I am very happy with the service he provided today.”

“MJ was helpful in finding my order but seemed more concerned/interested about getting his survey results and that’s why he helped me with my order status. He also was very repetitive. I didn’t need that much instruction to wait on hold while he looked up the order and to fill out the survey that he requested I put five stars for. I don’t think he should tell people to rate him 5 starts either.”
