“I was able to find an unusual size vent cover on the website. The site clearly stated there was a 22 day lead time which I appreciated it. When a month lapsed and I had not received notice of shipping, I called to follow-up. MJ was kind and informed me that the cover had been mailed and was due to arrive the following day. He provided a FEDEX tracking number via email. I would have given 5 stars if an email had been sent to let me know my item had shipped.”

“Greetings, The folks at Plumbers Stock are excellent to do business with. I had some questions regarding my order and MJ promptly responded and was very helpful. I recently had to cancel an order and once again, MJ came through and promptly canceled the order and returned my charge. “Requested order information for an order 4 years old. Very prompt and friendly reply asking for some I formation I omitted. While looking for the information I discovered the answer to my question. I appreciate the attention on such ann old (and small) order, even though they didn’t get a chance to find the answer with the full information. Thanks!”
