“Item was delivered damaged despite being well packaged, leading me to believe item wasn’t quality checked before packing and dispatch. That being said the refund process was faultless, completed form in online and contacted customer service who sorted this within a matter of minutes and money refunded by the next day.”
“Plumworld staff were really helpful in trying to make my return as slick as possible. The same can’t be said for the supplier who refused to take my return as they delivered its replacement. Despite me providing Multipanel with the pic of the item in the same place it had been left before. Now there will have to be an additional journey at a time when I am preparing to pack for my hols. Will definitely deal with Plumworld again, not so sure about Multipanel”
“Ordered a new toilet pan, but found on unpacking after delivery that it was the wrong size. However called customer service who sorted out the problem. A correct sized pan was delivered in a couple of days and the incorrect one collected. This issue was annoying but the product once installed is perfect.”
