Plumworld staff were really helpful in trying to make my return as slick as possible. The same can’t be said for the supplier who refused to take my return as they delivered its replacement. Despite me providing Multipanel with the pic of the item in the same place it had been left before. Now there will have to be an additional journey at a time when I am preparing to pack for my hols. Will definitely deal with Plumworld again, not so sure about Multipanel
