“Almost everything excellent , service ,delivery which we delayed as we were away , quality , but toilet seat very poor fitting and flimsy.

“Ordered a shower enclosure and tray. The enclosure seems fine.
Unfortunately there is something wrong with the tray, the water doesn't drain out of it. It lies in the tray in puddles. Unsure if this is an issue with the plughole or if the tray is warped.
Either way I've contacted customer services to be told that there's no defect.
One week after installation I'm already planning to remove the tray and enclosure as its not fit for purpose.

“The courier dhl blatantly fed me lies with regards my delivery. Telling me it was out for delivery then not turning up. Spoke with plumbworld who speedily resolved the problem by sending a replacement.”
“I have used Plumbworld many times and recommended them to others. Excellent products at very good prices. The staff are very helpful with any inquiries. Normally delivery is quick and efficient unless items are out of stock which is understandable with such a huge range of products.”
“Lovely bathroom set at a reasonable price. Don’t think I would use Plumbworld again though as the delivery was pushed back numerous times and we weren’t updated, had to call them. The communication wasn’t great, we even got a updated date of 25/12/23!! Don’t know if that was a glitch or not but not very good to read when we were expecting maybe a few days delay not months! the main problem was the communication, we were never told each time that our order wasn’t coming the day we were waiting in all day for it. Had to call them each time. They would say it will be delivered a few days later but nothing came on the expected day. We were refunded delivery fee and a little bit off the order as an apology but still with how long it took and the lack of updates on delivery, don’t think we will shop here again. Shame as the prices are really good.”

“I ordered a sink and after about two weeks it still did not arrive so I cancelled it. My kitchen work got pushed back so when I tried to re order the sink the price had increased by £50 the next day. I asked customer services to honour the price at which I first purchased it but they refused to do so. Customer service wasn’t great. They didn’t confirm a date for the delivery of the sink I was told 24 hours but then it transpired it was going tk be Atleast a few days. I ordered a tap which was bad quality so I will be returning it.”
“Easy to order and pay. Great price. Delivery was a problem, as it took 3 attempts to deliver. I don't know why parcel couldn't be left in a safe place or on the doorstep. I thought waiting in all day for a delivery was a thing of the past. This may put me off ordering from Plumbworld again.”

“ordered several items from plumb world on separate occasions over last few years each time every item was carefully packaged and delivery is prompt and free whereas other firms may offer items same price or maybe cheeper but inflate the price through courier service. the courier service plumbworld use message night before with aprox time and again when you are next drop can't fault them and they are my first point of call”
