Lovely bathroom set at a reasonable price. Don’t think I would use Plumbworld again though as the delivery was pushed back numerous times and we weren’t updated, had to call them. The communication wasn’t great, we even got a updated date of 25/12/23!! Don’t know if that was a glitch or not but not very good to read when we were expecting maybe a few days delay not months! the main problem was the communication, we were never told each time that our order wasn’t coming the day we were waiting in all day for it. Had to call them each time. They would say it will be delivered a few days later but nothing came on the expected day. We were refunded delivery fee and a little bit off the order as an apology but still with how long it took and the lack of updates on delivery, don’t think we will shop here again. Shame as the prices are really good.
