“Ordered a rised shower which was delivered within three days ,but the trim that fitted around the shower was damaged on delivered ,email plumbworld at 18.40pm and within 20 minutes had a reply to say a new trim was in the post and delivered 2 days later and the shower was a perfect fit and easy to install”

“My order was OK, guess you get what you pay for! However Plumbworld seems to have forgotten about good aftersales care. In fact it seems Plumbworld are one of the online companies that do NOT have any aftersales care once they have your money. I have reported 2 faults 3 times with my order to Plumbworlds customer service department, each time I contacted them they completely ignored me. I would advise you avoid Plumbworld and try a company who cares about their customers and the quality of their products.”

“Order a sink which doesn't fit and for return got 2 option 1- pay return postage by myself which is to much for a heavy sink 2- drive an hour to warehouse to return item instead local store”
