“First time using plumb world. Wide range of products available. Their customer service is brilliant. I had a faulty item that was replaced next day. Good communication. Happy to use again in the future.”

“Next day delivery from time of ordering to delivery was a lot less than 24hrs. Brilliant company and cheaper by far than some of the big stores.”

“Easy to research different options on the website, excellent descriptions of products and reasonable prices. Shower tray is as described, the low profile and non slip surface is exactly what we wanted. Very happy.”

“My order was OK, guess you get what you pay for! However Plumbworld seems to have forgotten about good aftersales care. In fact it seems Plumbworld are one of the online companies that do NOT have any aftersales care once they have your money. I have reported 2 faults 3 times with my order to Plumbworlds customer service department, each time I contacted them they completely ignored me. I would advise you avoid Plumbworld and try a company who cares about their customers and the quality of their products.”
