“I bought a jet bath the most expensive I have bought £800 to go into my new forever home. It has numerous jets unfortunately the bath is too shallow to enjoy the experience. I am only a size 14 and the water comes nowhere near covering me. It is not fit for purpose.”

“Bought a £150 kohler sink off you scratched after one day use by rinsing a bowl on contacting yourselves the manufacturer said it was wear and tear and not under warranty. I have now got to pay £80 to take it out £80 to have anot her one put in its place and return sink at my cost for refund .totally unacceptable why I should be out of pocket and inconvenienced due to you supply me an inferior product.i am considering contacting trading standards”

“Highly recommended. Very competitive prices and really good sevice. Needed to arrange an exchange (wrong tap, my fault) and Joanne deserves 5 stars for her help within an hour. Victorian Plumbing 50% more on same tap, and take 7 days to respond to a query by email, don't even think of phoning. I hate VP, really rate PlumbWorld.”

“If you order from Plumbworld ( or many other online retailers) you take a chance if you want to make a return I ordered a bathroom cabinet and cancelled the order with the statutory cooling off period. But I still had to pay £30.00 return delivery cost. So my advice is try to buy from a business that will collect a return ( unlike Plumbworld which uses couriers) or buy from a supplier that has physical stores. For the future Plumbworld has been crossed off my list.”
